The 'Fuller House' star, who chronicled her substance abuse battle in 'unSweetined,' will take home the night's highest honor at the Experience, Strength and Hope Awards on Feb. 28.

Writers in Treatment — the nonprofit organization that seeks to help writers suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction and other afflictions — will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Experience, Strength and Hope Awards by honoring TV star Jodie Sweetin.Best known for her work as Stephanie Tanner on Full House and the Netflix reboot Fuller House, Sweetin will take the stage at the event on Feb. 28 at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.
