Sobriety has turned out to be a good thing for Brad Pitt and Sir Anthony Hopkins.

The “Legends of the Fall” stars reunited for a conversation for the December issue of Interview magazine.Both Hollywood heavyweights have had their struggles with alcoholism and took the Oscars season media opportunity to open about overcoming their addictions and how it led them to where they are now in life.

“I’m realizing as a real act of forgiveness for myself for all the choices that I’ve made that I’m not proud of, that I value those missteps, because they led to some wisdom, which led to something else,” said the 55-year-old Pitt.
