As a dad, it was an uphill battle to prove our children were being put in danger with their mom. I was able to get the court to require Soberlink testing. From there, I was able to easily add court orders requiring compliant Soberlink tests for all visits. Without Soberlink, it would have been challenging to trust that our children were safe in my co-parent’s care. The reports are black and white, which is what the court/Judges need to make fair decisions and, most importantly, to protect the kids.
