By Taheshah MoiseOriginal Source: wfmynews2.comA national association that governs more than 6,000 fraternity chapters plans to implement new health and safety changes in hopes of reducing alcohol abuse.The North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC)developed their framework after a pledge at Louisiana State University died in September following a hazing ritual that involved alcohol.The framework consists of three resolutions:The first is the Medical Good Samaritan Policy.
